A plain form adjective or verb. or a noun + の followed by the na-adjective よう functions as a な adjective meaning “similar to what is described by the predicate”.

[Noun] とか
とか functions similarly to や (and) in that it joins examples to form a non-exclusive list. The difference is that とか is colloquial and would not normally be seen in written text. やきそばとか、たこやきとか食べた。I ate yakisoba and takoyaki and stuff.
